All services and digital products are non-refundable.

# 2. SERVICES & SESSIONS – ALL SALES FINAL
All services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- One-on-one sessions
- Group sessions
- Spiritual, intuitive, energetic, or consciousness-based services
- Readings, scans, mentoring, guidance, or channeling
- Workshops, events, retreats, or live experiences (online or in person)

Once a session is booked or delivered, no refunds, credits, cancellations, or rescheduling will be provided for any reason, including dissatisfaction, emotional response, personal interpretation, missed appointments, or perceived outcomes.

No-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

# 3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS – NO REFUNDS
All digital products are final sale and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- E-books
- PDFs
- Digital downloads
- Courses
- Recordings
- Online programs or streamed content

Due to immediate and irreversible access, refunds are not permitted.

# 4. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS – LIMITED RETURNS
Physical products may be eligible for return only if:
- A return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.

# 5. EVENTS, WORKSHOPS & RETREATS
All event-related purchases are non-refundable.

If an event is canceled by the organizer, a refund or credit may be issued at the organizer’s discretion. Travel, lodging, and personal expenses are not reimbursed.

# 6. SPIRITUAL & NON-THERAPEUTIC DISCLAIMER
All services, sessions, products, and content provided are spiritual, educational, and informational in nature only.

They do NOT constitute:

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product or service.

# 10. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.

Any chargeback filed in violation of this policy will be formally disputed with the payment processor and may result in permanent refusal of future services.

# 11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT
All content, services, materials, methodologies, frameworks, session structures, written works, digital products, branding, logos, names, concepts, and proprietary systems provided on this website are owned, controlled, and operated by Infinity Triangle, unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Spiritual and consciousness-based methodologies
- Session formats and service structures
- Educational materials, digital downloads, recordings, and courses
